This policy provides information about the data processing carried out by the CCTV system operating on the premises of Vis Vitalis Hotel (2144 Kerepes, Szabadság út 102., Hungary), pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR).

1. Purpose of Processing

Protection of property, the personal safety of guests and staff, and the prevention and documentation of unlawful acts on the hotel premises (in particular, in the car park).

Video footage recorded by the CCTV system, which may include persons present on the hotel premises.

The legitimate interest of the data controller and third parties (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).
