- When can I check in and by when do I need to leave the room?
- Check-in is possible from 3:00 PM. On the day of departure, please vacate the room by 10:00 AM. Early arrival or late departure requires prior arrangement with reception.

- Our reception is available 24 hours a day.
- What payment methods are accepted?
- Our hotel accepts both cash and card payments. Cash payments can be settled in either Hungarian forint (HUF) or euro (EUR).

- Yes, our hotel accepts the SZÉP Card.
- Is parking available at the hotel?
- We provide our guests with free, CCTV-monitored, secure parking. The spacious car park can also accommodate cars and coaches.
- How far is the airport?
- Budapest Liszt Ferenc International Airport is only about a 20-minute drive from our hotel.
- Are pets allowed at the hotel?
- For the comfort of our guests and to preserve the hotel’s peaceful environment, we are currently unable to accommodate pets.
